We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Alpine Butterfly pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are in place to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
